By accessing this website or booking any service with Epic Intellect, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding. Epic Intellect reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this website and will serve as your notification of such changes. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or access any of our services.

Pricing and Appointments

  1. All service prices listed are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change at Epic Intellect’s sole discretion without prior notice.

  2. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured for that booking.

  3. Single sessions and coaching agreements are non-transferable to another person.

  4. Services and coaching programs are not redeemable for cash.

  5. Unused credit may be applied toward other Epic Intellect services, but no refunds will be issued.

  6. Any unused credit is valid for 12 months from the later of either the original purchase date or the date of termination or pausing of your coaching agreement.

  7. Voucher codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be used retroactively.

  8. All appointments must be made via https://www.epicintellect.com/booknow.

  9. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

  10. Services purchased cannot be exchanged for other services or coaching programs.

  11. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice via the website or email. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of your appointment time will be denied, and the session will be forfeited.

Gift Vouchers

  1. Valid for one-session services only, unless otherwise stated.

  2. All bookings must be made before the voucher’s expiry date.

  3. Applicable only to services specified in Epic Intellect promotions and not valid for concession or package pricing.

  4. Not redeemable for cash, and no credit will be issued for unused portions.

  5. Vouchers may be transferred to another person by submitting a written request to office@epicintellect.com.

  6. Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking and may only be used once.

  7. Lost, stolen, altered, or copied vouchers will not be honoured.

  8. Terms are void where prohibited by law. Voucher terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Disclaimer: We Are Not A Medical Service

  1. Epic Intellect practitioners are not licensed medical professionals (e.g., GP, psychologist, psychiatrist).

  2. You agree not to seek or interpret any advice given as medical advice.

  3. Services are not eligible for rebates under Medicare, private health insurance, or government schemes.

  4. You confirm that Epic Intellect’s services do not conflict with your current medical treatment.

  5. You are responsible for following medical advice given by your healthcare provider at all times.

Liability Waiver

  1. You voluntarily participate in all services offered by Epic Intellect.

  2. You accept full responsibility for any outcomes or consequences arising from your participation.

  3. You agree to release and hold harmless Epic Intellect, its agents, associates, and employees from all liability.

Methodologies

  1. Epic Intellect practitioners use a variety of coaching, hypnotherapy, and personal development methodologies designed to support behaviour change.

  2. You agree these methods are appropriate for your personal needs and do not conflict with medical advice or treatment you are receiving.

  1. Testimonials displayed on this website are from real clients and reflect their personal experiences.

  2. Results may vary, and no guarantee or warranty is implied or expressed.

  3. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and personal effort.

Mental Health Acknowledgement

  1. You must provide accurate and complete mental health information via our client intake form before your first session.

  2. If you fail to disclose relevant mental health details, you confirm that you are not under any medical or legal instruction that prevents participation in our services.

  3. You also confirm that you are not under the influence of any substance or medication that interferes with your mental health and decision-making.

  4. Epic Intellect reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if safety concerns or conflicts arise.

  5. No guarantee or warranty is provided for outcomes of any service or methodology.

Confidentiality & Privacy

  1. All client information is held in strict confidence and in accordance with privacy laws in Victoria, Australia.

  2. Practitioners may internally discuss your case with other Epic Intellect associates only for the purpose of enhancing your care.

  3. Anonymised versions of your story (with no names or identifying information) may be used to demonstrate methodology or for educational purposes.

  4. By using our services, you consent to being contacted via the personal details you provide (e.g. name, email, phone) to receive relevant information about services and offerings.

  5. Your contact details will never be shared with or sold to third parties.

  6. Client information may only be released if:

    • Required by law, or

    • In urgent situations involving risk to your safety or the safety of others, to emergency services or relevant medical professionals.
